Benelux Property

Benelux property is a development and investment company primarily involved with residential developments in Holland, Belgium and Luxemburg.

Benelux Property has been created by a group of individuals who have come together to combine their huge experience in the property industry. In the last 30 years the principle players within this group have accumulated over €2 billion worth of developments and investments.

The groups ambition is to create a company with assets worth over €500,000,000 within the next 5 years, and it is well on track to achieve this goal. Its work with other property companies, government bodies, educational establishments and private sector partners enables Benelux Property to identify sites and opportunities throughout Benelux.
